I ordered the 100ml Essential Oil Bulk Starter Kit specifically because the product description listed the included scents as lavender, eucalyptus, sweet orange, lemon, and peppermint. However, the oils I received were completely different, and there was no mention on the website that the scents might vary.
I reached out to customer service for clarification and a resolution, but despite following up, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. If the product details had been accurate – or at the very least, if customer service had responded – I would have been much more understanding. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
